Realify is an AI-first real estate platform for Australia. We help buyers describe what they want and sellers describe what they have — in natural language, with as much detail as they like.

How it works

When you create a listing on Realify, our AI generates a clear, searchable summary of your requirement. This summary is published as a clean, public web page that search engines and AI assistants can read and recommend.

When someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or a search engine about property in your area, your listing can show up — because it's written in a format these systems understand.

What Realify is not

• We are not a licensed real estate agent
• We do not verify the identity of users or the accuracy of listings
• We do not facilitate transactions, handle money, or provide legal or financial advice
• We are a listing and discovery platform only

Safety

Real estate involves significant amounts of money, which attracts scammers. We take this seriously:

• All listings are screened by AI for common scam patterns before publishing
• Contact is mediated through our form — users don't see each other's details directly
• We display safety warnings on every listing page
• Users can report suspicious listings

Despite these protections, you should always conduct your own due diligence. Never send money, share ID documents, or sign contracts based solely on a listing. Engage a conveyancer or solicitor for any property transaction.

Realify is currently in beta. A small fee per listing or enquiry may be introduced in the future.
