1. About Realify

Realify Australia Pty Limited ("Realify", "we", "us") operates a peer-to-peer real estate listing and discovery platform. We are not a licensed real estate agent, property adviser, or financial adviser. We do not participate in, facilitate, or guarantee any property transaction.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address to create an account. By creating an account you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• One person may hold only one account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Listings

• You may only post listings for genuine property requirements (buying or selling).
• You must not post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content.
• You must not impersonate another person or misrepresent property ownership.
• You must not include phone numbers, email addresses, URLs, or financial instructions in listing descriptions.
• Listings that violate these terms will be removed without notice.
• Listings automatically pause after 90 days of inactivity and must be reconfirmed.

5. Content & AI Summaries

When you create a listing, our AI generates a summary of your description. This summary is published publicly and may be indexed by search engines and AI assistants. By posting a listing you grant Realify a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your listing content (including AI-generated summaries) for the purpose of operating the platform.

6. Contact Forms

Enquiries submitted through our contact forms are stored and forwarded to the listing owner. You must not use contact forms to send spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited commercial messages. Enquiry data is retained for 12 months, then automatically deleted.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the platform to collect personal information for purposes other than genuine real estate enquiries
• Post content that is offensive, discriminatory, or illegal
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or content screening
• Scrape or bulk-download content from the platform
• Use the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose

8. No Guarantees

Realify provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of any listing
• The identity of any user
• The ownership of any property described in a listing
• That the platform will be available without interruption

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Realify is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any listing. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from fraudulent listings, failed transactions, or inaccurate information. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Privacy

Your use of Realify is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
