Realify Beta Launch: A New Way to Buy and Sell Property in Australia

Realify is now live in public beta. We have spent the past few months building a property platform that does something fairly specific: it structures real estate listing data so that AI assistants can read and recommend it.

The idea is straightforward. More people are using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to research big decisions, including property. But most property listing data is not structured in a way these tools can access. Realify is built to bridge that gap.

What Is Realify?

Realify is an Australian property platform where sellers can list their property and buyers can search for homes. Buyers can also publish what they are looking for, so sellers can find them directly.

The platform is designed for two audiences at once: people browsing on their phones or laptops, and AI assistants that are increasingly being used to search for information online.

In practical terms, that means every listing on Realify uses structured data formats that AI systems can parse. When a buyer asks an AI assistant something like "Find me a three-bedroom house under $800,000 near the Brisbane CBD with a backyard," listings on Realify are structured to be part of the answer.

Why We Built It

AI is changing how people search for information, and property is no exception. The challenge is that most property platforms were built before AI assistants existed, so their data is not structured for that kind of access. This is not a criticism — it simply was not a consideration when those platforms were designed.

We also wanted to make listing a property simpler and more affordable. Listing on Realify is currently free during beta, and in future we expect to charge a small fee per listing or enquiry rather than the large upfront marketing packages that are common elsewhere.
